Becomes Master Mifune’s (Jûdô 10th dan) particular disciple and lives at his home. |

Becomes member of Kobudô Kenkyûkai (research group on ancient Martial Arts) directed by Kano Jigoro Shihan. Studies Bô, Naginata, Yari, Jitte, Kodachi, Ryôtô, Jûjitsu. Often assists Kano Shihan in his demonstrations. |

1930 |
Is officially sent by Kano Shihan under Ueshiba Soke’s guidance to study Aikidô, with the task to report every month. Becomes leader of the pupils. Participates in the Japanese Jûdô Championship without selection (shitei senshû). |

1933 |
Receives the menkyô kaiden from Ueshiba Soke. |

1938-1943 |
Lives in Mongolia, where teaches Japanese Martial Arts and studies Chinese Martial Arts. |

1951 |
Goes to France with the task to carry on some research on Economy for Nihon University. Also teaches Jûdô and Aikidô; introduces Aikidô in Europe. |

1960 |
Awarded by the Bureau du Conseil Municipal of Paris with the City of Paris silver medal. |
|
1971 |
Goes back to France for a Jûdô and Aikidô course. |
|
1973 |
Teaches on a Jûdô and Aikidô course in Saigon, Vietnam. |

Every year holds a lecture at the Kôdôkan for advanced level teachers. |
